Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), an Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange-listed company that operates hotels, catering services, tours and transportation, has acquired prime land on Al Marjan Island to develop a billion AED luxury resort with 1,000 rooms, spread over 1 million square feet overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
The investment underscores Al Marjan Island’s appeal as one of the UAE’s top tourist destinations, with several global hotel operators having already made significant investments.
